Tendernest Newborn Care & Nanny Services is providing User with an informational website describing services provided & accepts online scheduling & payments for said services. User must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer & modem & (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, & (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.
